Got this error? Web Part Error: The request could not be completed because the specified solution was not found.

Well I couldn't really found anything close but this post says to
"Just retract the solution remove it and then add it back.(But make sure you start the right services though before adding the webpart)"
this however didn't solve my issue. I had to re-create the whole solution.

anyone who knows what happened?
